You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Deck22 cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use Deck22 for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms. You may not use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

3. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using Deck22. We do not claim ownership over your websites, content, or data. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as part of providing the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
